Unable to Drag and Drop emails in Outlook

SOLUTION:

1. First check if its working after rebooting your system.

2. Please check if the service pack is updated in MS Office. That is SP2 for Outlook 2007 and SP3 for Outlook 2003. If not, please install the same.

3. If not, please Click onto Start > run > cmd and Press OK.

4. regsvr32.exe ole32.dll and Press OK and restart your system.
